For the past 2 decades I have been actively engaged in residential and commercial property inspections.  My experience covers many different types of inspections including new home construction, pre-owned properties, remodeling, condominiums, VA and FHA, apartments, hotels, and insurance property claims.  

As a Certified Inspector, I am required to complete at least 24 hours of continuing education each year.  Additionally I must certify annually.  This is your guarantee that I am knowledgeable of the latest techniques and employ the latest equipment when performing your home inspection.
